The trust owns 17 Grade A urban centers with a total leasable area of 9.8 million square feet, two hotels (354 keys), and three offices with 1.3 million square feet. Nexus Select Trust serves across 14 cities in India including Delhi, Navi Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai, which constituted 30% of India’s total discretionary retail spending in FY2022.

4. Brookfield India Real Estate Trust

Brookfield India Real Estate Trust is managed institutionally and sponsored by Brookfield Asset Management, one of the largest asset managers in the world. The trust manages five Grade-A campus-style office parks in key gateway cities across India, making it the preferred 'landlord of choice’. As of March 31, 2023, the trust had a total leasable area of 18.7 million square feet, including 14.3 million square feet of completed office space, 0.6 million square feet under construction, and 3.9 million square feet for future development. The trust had an occupancy of 89% and 75 office tenants.
